I just love this adorable family…..and not just because they make beautiful babies!!
Compared to the last two winters that I’ve witnessed here in Southern New Jersey, I’d say we have had a majorly mild winter this year! Today was a gorgeous tease that Spring is heading our way, however, I just saw in the forecast that we might have more snow next week! Sorry guys, winter is not over! That didn’t stop me from pretending that it was though! I grabbed my camera and put my little model in front of it. Sometimes it isn’t always about having a good location or a great backdrop behind you. Just sitting, talking, and listening will peel down the layers to show the personality & beauty of a child. These images were taken in my backyard in about 15 minutes of time. I can’t remember what we were talking about or what she thought was so funny but this is HER. She’s quirky, she’s funny, and she’s full of joy! No matter how big she gets, I want to ALWAYS remember these moments because this will be the little girl inside of who she has yet to become. These are my favorite moments to capture.
When I first moved here, I saw this photo making it’s way around all the photography forums and social media sites that I am on endlessly. I instantly looked up who actually made this cake and was determined to have this very same cake made for me before I leave here. I mean, it hasn’t happened yet, but there’s still time if anybody wants to send it to me…The cake was made by Granny Schmidt’s bakery in Emmaus, Pennsylvania ! That’s not too far from me! Unless someone is REALLY good at cakes, you could make it and I could taste it! 
It just so happens that I am a Nikon shooter ANNNND this is the same camera that I use !
and if you are feeling less of a challenge….you could always use these awesome cookie cutters !

So I recently had a bundle of sessions and I couldn’t get over how cute my first session was with this little cutie….Six months of pure joy & cheeks to die for! I just love her adorable outfit from Chicaboo !
Ha ha, she’s even adorable when she cries…….but in her defense she was just trying to show me that she’s a BIG girl & ready to walk! Get ready for it Mom, I think she’s serious about this walking stuff!
